1. For the Chinese language course enrollment (Onsite / Online)
Q: If I am interested in enrolling a Chinese language course, how do I register?
A: The procedure of registering the Chinese Language Course (onsite/online) as below:
Step 1:
Give a call or Send an email inquiry to Katherine, our Director of Languages, by + 86 13651712893 or at study.globalchinese@gmail.com  with information about your name, nationality, mobile number,current Chinese level, your preferred learning schedul, class mode(onsite/online), class type(private or group), goals of study, past Chinese study experience(if have), the way you heard about "Global Chinese", any inquiry you want to ask, and your online IM account if you want to share: (Skype, MSN, Google or Yahoo Talk or others).
Step 2:
Make an appointment to schedule a free trial lesson. The very first lesson, called trail lesson ,will last 20-30 min, for your own teacher to determine your Chinese level if necessary, your study needs, to tailor make well a Chinese course to you, to let you know more of your own teacher, teaching methods, teaching materials, to discuss both schedule, etc.
Step 3:
After a thorough evaluation of your existing Chinese level if necessary, your personal request, interest, target, schedul, and etc, your own professional Chinese teacher will tailor make your individual study plan, and send it by email to you or show it to you onsite.  
Step 4:
If you are satisfied with your study plan personally designed by your own teacher,then confirm it by email or onsite, meanwhile confirming your Chinese teacher.
Step 5:
After confirmation, you pay the tuition fee. (As for the detailed tuition fee and payment methods, please contact our Director of Languages, Katherine for more information). You will receive a confirmation e-mail once the payment arrives at "Global Chinese” account if you pay through bank transfer, West Union/Money Gram, or PayPal.
Step 6
After receiving your tution fee, your own Chinese teacher will prepare your Chinese class learning materials; give them to you before first class.
Step 7:
Class starts.

A: The procedure of subscribing the self-study Chinese course learning material as below:
Step 1:

Step 2:
Send an email inquiry to Katherine, our Director of Languages, at study.globalchinese@gmail.com  with information about your name, nationality, mobile number,current Chinese level, your preferred chinese course material, goals of study, past Chinese study experience(if have), the way you heard about "Global Chinese", any inquiry you want to ask, and your online IM account: (Skype, MSN, Google or Yahoo Talk or others).
Step 3:
Make an appointment to schedule a free level test if necessary. If not necessary, you will be kept informed about the way of payment, and material subscription fee, and then you subscribe the self-study Chinese course learning material. (As for the subscription fee, payment methods, please contact our Director of Languages, Katherine for more information!)
Step 4:
If necessary, after a thorough evaluation of your existing Chinese level and your needs, your will receive a personal tailor made study plan by email or onsite.
Step 5:
If you are satisfied with your study plan, comfirm it by email or onsite. Then you subscribe the self-study Chinese course learning material. And, you will receive a confirmation e-mail once the payment arrives at "Global Chinese” account if you pay through bank transfer, West Union/Money Gram, or PayPal.

Step 6:
After your subscription, you will receive your tailor made excellent self-study Chinese course learning material to download.

After  knowing your personal request, interest, schedul, and etc, your  culture study plan will be tailor made, and will be sent by email to you or shown  to you onsite.
Step 4:
If you are satisfied with your culture study plan ,then confirm it by email or onsite, meanwhile confirming your Chinese culture teacher.
Step 5:

Step 3:
Make an appointment to schedule a free level test if necessary. If not necessary, you will be kept informed about the way of payment, and then you pay the membership. (As for the payment methods, please contact our Director of Languages, Katherine for more information!)
Step 4:
If necessary, after a thorough evaluation of your existing Chinese level and your needs, your will receive a personal tailor made study plan by email or onsite.

Q: If we are interested in your language training service, what should we do?
A: Company/School Chinese Training procedure:
Step 1-Contact us
Give a call or Send an email inquiry to Katherine, our Director of Languages, by + 86 13651712893 or at service.globalchinese@gmail.com  with information about your enquiry (your company/school interest, focus, target, your company/school trainee current Chinese level, and preferred study time , place, any information you want to share, and your personal contact information).
Step 2 - requirement analysis
Before the start of any course, "Global Chinese" will listen to your description of the language needs from your company/school, division or apartment, do an in-depth research and analysis of your company/ school required trainees’ Chinese learning objectives, interests, requirements in order to help provide a detailed training plan based on the analysis.
Step 3 - Level Test
We’ll arrange to test the Chinese level of your company/school required trainees.
Step 4 - course design
We design a training plan based on the results of the Chinese level test and the study requirements of your company/school required trainees. Course schedule and location will be fixed according to your requirements.
Step 5 – contract signing
We will sign the training contract with your company/school after you agree with our training plan.
Step 6 - Teacher arrangement
We’ll select and designate qualified, experienced Chinese teachers to carry out the training in order to meet your company’s /school’s requirements and reach your training targets.
Step 7- Course Operation
Teachers will carry out the courses according to the both agreed training plan.
Step 8- Progress Tracking and Feedback Collection
We will collect feedback from your company/school required trainees and teachers periodically, check attendance records and supervise class and teaching methods to improve training quality and effectiveness.
Step 9- Achievement Test and Evaluation
we will test trainees’ language proficiency during and after training. We will also evaluate instructor’s teaching effectiveness and provide training result reports regularly for your companies /schools which are composed of the trainees' learning progress and the teacher’s advice. Recommendation for future training will also be available.
